Matt's competitive gaming career began in high school when he started playing Counter-strike, which quickly accelerated to attending local tournaments where he and his team often won. His skill and dedication led him to competing in the largest esports tournaments in the world, often representing the United States in international competitions equivalent to the “Olympics of esports”. Through these experiences, Matt has a rare and unique understanding of the life of a professional gamer.
Matt's passion and love for gaming has continued over the past 10-years with his career as a financial planner where he works with employees and gamers who represent many of the largest entertainment companies in the world. More recently Matt has been named one of America's Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors in the country by Shook Research and Forbes.
From a very young age, Nick has always been embedded in the video game world. He found his passion when he was introduced to his first PC game, Diablo. From there he was forever linked to the gaming industry. Nick takes pride in easing the financial stress his clients may feel in their everyday lives. Through ongoing education and communication, Nick aims to give clients the tools to understand complex financial topics, leaving them feeling empowered about their own situation.
Ayal works with technology clients ranging from startup entrepreneurs, to aerospace engineers, to executives of multinational corporations. Many of his clients have advanced financial planning needs such as understanding stock options and equity compensation, complex tax issues, company valuation, and corporate benefits planning, all which Ayal is a subject matter expert. Ayal appreciates how quickly technology companies can change the world and because of this he seeks to help his clients in that transformation. Ayal is proud to be part of a "New Generation of Financial Advisors" who use social media and the latest technology to enhance the client experience and increase their investment potential; however, never as a replacement for the human element.
Hatem provides comprehensive financial planning services. His clientele is composed of C-suite level executives, professionals, founders and tech entrepreneurs. He also has many international clients and is well versed in advanced planning techniques such as options & RSUs, benefits planning, and complex tax issues. He mostly focuses on fee-based financial planning, risk management, and wealth accumulation and is also adept at distribution strategies and wealth preservation following exits and liquidity events. Hatem is surrounded by the tech scene while living in Playa Vista, the heart of Silicon Beach , and working in Santa Monica. He advises several startups and companies on their growth strategies, management opportunities and financial structures.
As part of a holistic and comprehensive financial plan, Zach helps his clients navigate the complex world of equity compensation. Many of his clients come to him with questions about how to manage their concentration in company stock. He has helped create strategies in maximizing Incentive Stock Options, Non-Qualified Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase Plans. Much of the advice he gives is a means to strategically diversify assets. Each plan is tailored to the client's needs. Zach will ensure his clients have a dynamic financial plan addressing and protecting their lives.
