BIO

With three years in public tax and two as a small business owner, Max specializes in guiding high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients through complex financial landscapes. Before joining Gerber Kawasaki, he honed his expertise at J. Arthur Greenfield, Los Angeles' oldest accounting firm, and MGO, a top 50 public accounting firm.

Max earned a degree in economics and accounting from UCSC and studied abroad at Swinburne University as an Australian dual citizen, giving him a distinct global perspective on wealth management and client service. He is currently pursuing his CPA certification to further expand his expertise.

Recognized for his calm, detail-oriented approach during tax season, Max seamlessly balances big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to the finer details that impact financial outcomes. He is also passionate about Kaizen—the philosophy of continuous improvement through small, meaningful changes—which he applies both professionally and personally.

Before transitioning into tax, Max worked as a photographer, designer, and business strategist, skills that enhanced his ability to break down complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, coding, reading, listening to music, spending time with his dog and girlfriend, and exploring the outdoors.
