Rebekah Allen

Rebekah is the HR Manager at Gerber Kawasaki. Born and raised in Detroit, Rebekah attended The Hotel School at Cornell University. After undergrad, Rebekah moved to Los Angeles to manage five-star hotels and restaurants, but soon realized that she wanted to shift her focus from working holidays and long hours, so leaned into marrying hospitality and human resources. She studied Human Resources at UCLA through their extension program and has several years of experience across multiple industries. In her free time, Rebekah enjoys fitness, travel and spending quality time with family.
