Wendy Turk is an Investment Representative with Gerber Kawasaki. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Wendy Turk attended the University of California, Los Angeles and was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Biology. With a background in science and education, Wendy soon realized that her great attention to detail and her innate ability to teach would serve well in the financial industry.
Wendy obtained a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCLA so she could better serve families, including those with special-needs, small business owners, the self-employed, and the average Jane.
Wendy's emphasis is on providing financial solutions. She believes that with a good plan, persistence, and high-quality oversight, anyone can achieve his or her financial goals. Wendy is confident that everyone possesses the ability to understand and take control of their finances, especially with the guidance of the right advisor.
Through education and a strong relationship, Wendy assists her clients with their short- and long-term goals, creating confidence through financial well-being. She also created a specialized program, Money & Me, to teach children from ages 5-18 the basics of finances in a fun and engaging way.
Currently residing in Westchester, Wendy enjoys the beach, hiking, Farmers' Markets, and all things crafty. She can also be found gardening and cooking with her husband and two kids. In addition to helping people with their finances, she continues to work with students who have learning differences such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dyslexia.
